We, Origo. (“We,” “Us,” “Our,” or “Company”), provide cloud-based restaurant management software under the brand name SuperRestro. Our services include integrated tools for inventory management, table reservations, analytics, payment processing, and more. These services are accessible through our software and websites (collectively referred to as “SuperRestro Platforms”) via a subscription-based model (“SuperRestro Subscription”).
This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms governing cancellations and refunds for customers outside India.
1. Fees
1.1 You are required to pay a subscription fee as per your selected SuperRestro plan (“Subscription Fee”).
1.2 The Subscription Fee is non-refundable, except as outlined in this policy.
1.3 Taxes may apply to the Subscription Fee.
1.4 Your subscription will be activated upon successful payment of the Subscription Fee via available payment methods on the SuperRestro Platforms.
2. Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
2.1 Annual Subscriptions
- If you cancel your subscription within 15 business days of signing up, we will issue a credit note and refund the full Subscription Fee, minus the value of any SuperRestro benefits you have used during this period.
- After 15 business days, refunds will only cover unused portions of the subscription based on your usage of the services.
2.2 Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscription fees are refundable only if you have not used any benefits or services after payment.
2.3 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription anytime by adjusting your subscription settings in your SuperRestro account. For assistance, contact our customer support team at help@superrestro.com.
3. Revisions to Policy
3.1 We reserve the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy or any aspect of the SuperRestro subscription at our discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the SuperRestro Platforms.
3.2 Continued use of your subscription after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cancel your subscription.
4. Termination by Us
4.1 We may terminate your subscription without notice for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Violation of the Terms of Service.
- Fraud, misuse, or illegal activity.
- Actions harmful to our interests or other users.
4.2 In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
4.3 If termination is unrelated to these reasons, we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the SuperRestro Platforms.
- Our total liability is limited to the last Subscription Fee paid by you.
5.2 These limitations survive cancellation or termination of your subscription.
